I asked this question before about getting calls from korea on my cell phone, i just found out he is using a calling card when he calls my cell phone.... so my question yet again is will it charge MY cell phone when he calls me using a calling card?
A: As long as you are not roaming, you will not be charged for the incoming calls. it wil only count against your minutes.
