DEWALT DC970K-2 18-Volt Drill/Driver Kit

I have a keyless chuck Dewalt drill DW954, I need to remove the chuck. I already removed the one little screw inside and those little 3 prongs that hold the bits fell out. So now what? Please help.
I am not able to stick an allen wrench in it cause

A: I'm holding the old chuck from my Dewalt 18V drill right now. As you have done, you first remove the center screw. Mine was a Torx. Then, the easiest thing to do is to chuck the small end of a large Allen wrench, and whack the end of the Allen wrench
