Is it possible to change the graphics card of a Lenovo Ideapad Y450 which initially has an Intel GMA X4500 installed? I was planning to switch it with a better discrete Nvidia graphics card if possible.

Chinese tech maker Lenovo has added a new member to its Android tablet line, dubbed the IdeaPad S2109. This is a 9.7-inch tablet with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and several brilliant features. The device has an 8.9-inch thin body and the same screen resolution of iPad 2, i.e. 1024 x 768 pixels. Lenovo, which publicized information about this upcoming Android tablet through a YouTube video clip, has evidently designed the device to take on Apple iPad’s domination. The S2109 looks great with its unibody design, firmware and other features. Lenovo has exposed scanty details about the IdeaPad S2109.
Design and display: The video clip simply shows a unibody construction and gunmetal finish for the tablet. Lenovo hasn’t said anything on whether it is metal or not. Once hitting stores, it will be one of the slimmest tablets out in stores. The device features 9.7-inch 4:3 aspect display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, the same we have on iPad 2. (The new iPad sports a 2048 x 1536 resolution). The display panels are to be provided by Chi Mei, Engadget says.
