Q: Is £150 a good price for a slimline PS2 and 20 seem to be decent games, he will do an Xbox and six games with it as a package for £250. I hate to sound ignorant, but i dont know this stuff
A: this is an extreamly good price for the ps2 slimline. ps2 is an easy consol to understand and is so far the most popular one. if u go to a games store, the will hae a bigger section for ps2 than any other consol.
the price is really reasonable and if the game are for your type then u will find that it will be enjoybe.
just make sure where u buy it from is not ripping u off if it's second hand(mabye some of the games don't even work)

November's sales line up with conventional wisdom about Microsoft and Sony's current install bases--Microsoft over Sony roughly 2-to-1 in US unit sales--which makes that split almost inevitable.
"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has achieved the top spot for first-month sales of any game at the title level," said NPD's Frazier, adding that Halo 3 previously held the spot with 3.3 million units sold over 12 days during September 2007.
"While this year's top-selling item bested last year's by 283%, it couldn't make up for softness elsewhere," added Frazier. "The top 50 games this year sold 5% less units than did the top 50 last year."
Forecast
Expect $20 billion for the year (compared with 2008's record $21.8 billion) says NPD's Frazier, though to hit that number, December would have to be up 11 percent year-over-year.
I bought 2 used ps2 games at gamespot today and they arent working. One game just stays black and the other stays at the loading screen. I have never had problems with used games before. The disks are in good condition to. All of my other games work and some of them are in bad condition. Anyone have any guesses of what could be the issue.
One game worked after i left the ps2 on for a few minutes. Im trying that with the other one and so far about 30 minutes and still on the loading screen.
My younger brother is trying to figure out how to save the games on his PS2 to the hard drive he bought, instead of using the memory card. Any one know how to do this? Appreciate it!
