Amana 25-Cubic-Foot Side-by-Side Refrigerator, ASD2522WRB, Black

My practically new side -by-side refrigerator is not cooling on the refrigerator side. The freezer works fine but its only a little cool on the frig. side. I just had the circuit board and fan motor replaced but it still doesnt cool. Any suggestions

A: it could be that the air damper that controls the air going to the refrigerator compartment is defective and is not opening all the way

Closeout sale at 550 St. Clair

A closeout sale of 10 units is under way at 550 St. Clair, a 26-story condominium tower in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood.

"We have seen a surge of sales activity the first quarter of 2012," said Ron Ruby, managing broker for Weichert, Realtors-First Chicago, sales agent for Sutherland Pearsall Development.

Kenmore Side by Side Randomly freezing - Appliance Repair Forum

I have a Kenmore Side by Side model 596. Both sides are cool but not quite cold or freezing. 58642891 that seams to randomly decide to not freeze or cool enough. The compressor sounds like its working as well (I have only done a visual inspection)....
