FAQ: Wii 2 Player Bundle
Hi,
I dont have an HDTV yet but i expect to get one in the coming months and I want to purchase a Wii system now. If I purchase the Wii HD bundle system will it work with my current non HD TV?
A:
The Nintendo Wii is not in HD and only supports SD. The highest resolution which a Wii can achieve is 480p with the use of component cables.
The Nintendo Wii comes bundled with the Composite Cables which are used with SD tv's :)
